eat clean day 1

Hey guys, sorry for not updating. The last time I've updated this page was before my school started but look at how fast time flies, my sem is ending in 2 weeks hahaha. I'm feeling a little bored today so I guess I MIGHT AS WELL update this boring place.

Anyway, I've been feeling rather fat recently and I'm too lazy to exercise so I decided that I should start dieting. I found this 7 days detox diet online and so what I'm supposed to eat are just nuts, vegetables, protein ( like fish and chicken breast meat :-( ), tomatoes, fruits and absolutely NO CARBS which is super ridiculous cuz I love rice. But since I love being skinny more than I love rice.... I guess I might have to adhere to the "NO CARBS" rule. :-((((( On the bright side, the salad I made for lunch today tasted rly good........

Ingredients: Fresh organic spinach, grilled chicken breast, portobello mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, garlic and herbs cream cheese, coriander, dried cranberries, sesame seeds and garlic and oregano dressing. 
I will try to compute all my meals everyday so I can keep track hahaha bye
P.S, I will also try to find a day to update about what has been happening in my life but for now, I'm too comfortable feeling lazy.
